Why TRI Exists
Many people move through life achieving more than ever, yet feeling less like themselves. TRI exists to name that disconnect and offer a way back. It grew out of a simple observation:
Identity doesn't fall apart all at once —
it quietly drifts through habits, expectations, and the pressure to perform.
Through Fluxline's systems work and Terence's own experience, TRI became a place to examine that drift honestly and rebuild coherence in a practical, usable way. It's designed for real life: for people navigating leadership, relationships, creative work, or high‑pressure environments where clarity of self matters.
TRI is not a myth or a manifesto. It's a framework for returning to an identity that feels aligned
— one you can act from consistently, without distortion.
Connection to RCF
TRI is the lived expression of The Resonance Core Framework. The framework names how identity moves from internal signal, into outward behavior, and then into the systems and environments we shape.
- Inward & The Self: noticing our Cues, patterns, and the signal beneath performance.
- Outward: testing that signal in our relationships, work, and decisions.
- Integrative: aligning our identity, action, and impact over time.
About Terence

Terence Waters is the founder of Fluxline and creator and host of The Resonant Identity. His work in The Resonance Core Framework, on which TRI is built, bridges personal transformation, strategic systems, and practical tools for identity coherence.
His mission is to help people and organizations move with clarity from who they are, not from fragmentation. His work blends personal experience with systems thinking, shaping a practical approach to identity coherence that people can actually use.
The creative philosophy behind TRI and The Resonance Core Framework is simple:
"Awareness needs to be usable, and we must then act on its insights."
